South Coast Surf Forecast 23/6/11

The Jet Stream continues to dissect the UK dragging a series of low pressures across us. In surfing terms for the South coast, at least it means some waves, allbeit in the form of short lived, short fetch windswell, and trying to catch it when the wind drops and / or veers round to a more Northerly direction, cleaning things up.

Surfable last night, but not pretty. Likely to be some windswell around next couple of days - perfect conditions for surfing one of these - I'm still surprised how well they go in slop.

Westerly winds and showers to continue until Sunday, when in theory there could be some sunny, clean conditions to be had - keep an eye on Sunday morning.
